The Bills are once again in rebuilding mode under rookie coach Doug Marrone, who took over in January after Chan Gailey was fired following three losing seasons.
This season got off to a rocky start: legendary coach Larry Brown stepped down and the team seemed to be heading into rebuilding mode when it got rid of Gerald Wallace and a few other players.
