An exhibitor can now change a light bulb without an electrician present (so long as the job does not require a ladder) and set up his own display (so long as it can be done in less than half an hour, with no tools).
On a slightly smaller scale, I once went to change a single light in my kitchen and ended up replacing literally every bulb in the house with brand new LEDs.
The death warrant of the conventional bulb was signed by EU leaders in 2007 to help meet climate change targets, but other countries have been thinking about it too.
