When discussing diversity work, the main hindrance to any real change is this idea that finding common ground amongst one another and implementing positive change in our communities together is somehow unrealistic.
The idea here is to fundamentally changeour approach to unemployment in this country, so that it's no longer just a time to look for a new job, but is also a time to prepare yourself for a better job.
