In the wake of the recent prosecutions for hunting offences in David Cameron's Oxfordshire constituency, he's focusing on the role of the RSPCA as a prosecutor.
The Leveson Inquiry was set up by Mr Cameron to examine the culture, practice and ethics of the press in the wake of the phone-hacking scandal at the now-defunct News of the World tabloid.
Mr Cameron also focused on the need to clean up politics at Westminster in his spring forum speech, in the wake of recent scandals over MPs ' expenses.
