Mr Miliband may be genuniely relaxed about post-devolution policy differences between Westminster and Wales but as Labour MPs voted tocut the EU budget, it's difficultto see the Westminster coalition writing a cheque for the Welsh government.
But when the difficult global economy took hold several years ago, many companies were forced tocut back on financial incentive programs or even put them on hold in order to stay financially viable.
Earlier Roadmender's director Jon Gloersen told the BBC that the county had been a great support to the venue, but it would be left in a "difficult position" if funds were cut.
