Pedigree Dogs Exposed, which aired last month, said physical traits required by the Kennel Club's breedstandards, such as short faces and dwarfism, lead to inherent health problems.
The judges enter the Garden through a back door and are given the breedstandards, the definitions for each dog's appearance and movement, of the seven group winners.
