This was underlined by a study of star security analysts in American investment banks in 1988-96, conducted by BorisGroysberg of Harvard Business School and Ashish Nanda of Harvard Law School.
In his paper, Bidwell references the work of Harvard Business School professor BorisGroysberg, who published a well-received book two years ago about what happens to star investment analysts when they switch firms.
