Amendments have been submitted in relation to the bill and they will be debated during a six-hour session in the Scottish Parliament on Wednesday.

The committee also heard evidence from Autism Initiatives in relation to the Autism Bill.

Sinn Fein's Daithi McKay, who also chairs the Finance Committee, said there were "serious questions in relation to the competence of the bill and this is one of the many reasons we will not be supporting the bill".
