One user posted a typo-ridden email from Amazon customer support that confirms a refund given on a book that user had never bought in response to a query about Beautiful Disaster.

As you all know, this weekend Amazon sent an email to readers who had previously purchased the self-published edition of Beautiful Disaster stating that this edition was no longer available and a refund was possible if they purchased the new edition.

In it, she explained to her readers that Amazon had sent out an email to everyone who had bought the self-published Kindle version of her book, Beautiful Disaster, telling them that there was a problem and that buyers could request a refund and then re-buy the book if they wished.
