President Barack Obama struck a balance after meeting Myanmar President Thein Sein in Washington on Monday, praising political progressin the long-isolated Asian nation, while calling for more.
"There has been some very good progress to date but much of the legacy still hangs in the balance and urgent and sustained action is necessary to ensure that London does not fail, " she told peers.
The Center strongly believes that such a shift can and should be designed so as to encourage continued progress toward a managed reduction in the federal deficit and not simply to relieve the pressure to balance the budget.
