The new building will replace the current Hilton property and is scheduled to open in 2015 with 23 meeting rooms, a restaurant and bar, a spa and fitness centre and an atriumlobby.
You enter what appears to be a modest lobby, and ahead of you the space opens up, Guggenheim-like, into an atrium whose floorplan is elliptical and whose side elevation is shaped like an hourglass.
