There is an ATMnetwork, but cash transactions don't fit neatly with Simple's thorough analytics, some of which go far beyond anything offered by the biggest U.S. banks.
RushCard will offer the same free ATMnetwork early next year but, unlike American Express, RushCard will offer this ATMnetwork free to all of our customers irrespective of how they load funds onto the card.
This effectively means that an ATM operator cannot offer customers a discount or benefit for completing a transaction over a network that is less costly to the operator.
Under the network rules of Visa and MasterCard, the service fee for any transaction at an ATM should not be less than the amount charged at that ATM for a Visa or MasterCard transaction.
