After seeing its consumer satisfaction ratings plummet in recent years, largely because of its confusing and often downright confounding MyFord Touch infotainment control system, Ford announced it would not only be issuing its second major software update to help make the array easier to fathom, but will extend the warranties on existing systems by an additional two years.
