Healthcare Commission chief executive AnnaWalker said she wanted the NHS to make improvements and local health bosses would be judged on it in the future.
Meanwhile, Office of Rail Regulation chairman AnnaWalker said that although it was "positive" to see "good levels of passenger satisfaction", it was clear that "passengers continue to voice familiar concerns".
