The number-two ranked AlabamaCrimsonTide will take on the number-three ranked Georgia Bulldogs in the 22nd iteration of the SEC Championship Game tomorrow afternoon (to be televised on CBS, called by the inimitable Verne Lundquist).
It started with an embarrassing 42-14 loss against Alabama in the BCS title game, when the CrimsonTide scored on their first three possessions and jumped to a 35-0 lead.

Even though Alabama was playing lowly Vanderbilt at a time when the CrimsonTide was well down from its existing perch at the top, the crowd was electric as was the setting around the stadium.
