With Mr. Hanie becoming a restricted free agent in 2011 and with the Bears 2nd string QB Todd Collins looking as confident as Woody Allen and as mobile as Frankenstein, the Bears will have some extremely interesting resource allocation decisions to make at the quarterback position.
