The TSA administrator is required to approve airport applications for the program if security is uncompromised, cost efficiency is maintained and the screening of passengers and property is not negatively impacted.
"Following the company's recent trading difficulties, a number of the company's contracts were terminated by customers and the reduced level of activity in the business has directly impacted the level of staff required", the administrator said.
It is, for example, easy to distinguish between a project engineer, who downloads drawings to build the required parts, and a project administrator, who views those drawings more sporadically in order to chart progress, but does not actually download them on to his own computer.
Different business systems required the same information yet the burden was on the arriving patient and the administrator to populate the systems with the same information.
