方法对81例颌骨骨折行坚固内固定术的病例进行探讨，其中59例术后加颌间牵引，22例不加颌间牵引。
Methods 22 cases among 81 accepted rigid internal fixation, the other 59 cases accepted rigid internal fixation and intermaxillary traction.
