Using sociolinguistic methods to collect data, the paper makes an analysis of the conversational functions of Chinese-English code-switching (CS) on EFL college campus.
结果发现:英汉语码转换与学生的英语水平成正相关,性别和话题也对语码转换的发生产生一定影响。
The result shows that a positive correlation exists between codeswitching and students' English proficiency, and that gender and topic differences also have some influence on codeswitching.
