我主我王怎样说，仆人必怎样行。
大卫说，我主我王阿，是我的声音。
愿耶和华我主我王的神也这样命定。
他回答说，我主我王，仆人是瘸腿的。
And he answered, my Lord, o king, my servant deceived me: for thy servant said, I will saddle me an ass, that I may ride thereon, and go to the king; because thy servant is lame.
我主我王啊，他们不都是你的仆人吗？
Are they not, my Lord the king, all of them my Lord's servants?
仆人何必累赘我主我王呢。
Wherefore then should thy servant be yet a burden unto my Lord the king?

耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅对王说，阿们。愿耶和华我主我王的神也这样命定。
And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada answered the king, and said, Amen: the Lord God of my Lord the king say so too.

Is this something my Lord the king has done without letting his servants know who should sit on the throne of my Lord the king after him?
