Abstract: Objective to investigate the canal morphology of maxillary first premolar using cone-beam ct (CBCT) and to know its generic and variant forms.
方法测定20只豚鼠听性脑干反应（ABR）阈和畸变产物耳声发射（DPOAE）振幅，观察耳蜗毛细胞静纤毛变异形态，计数变异的毛细胞数目。
Methods Auditory brainstem response(ABR)and otoacoustic emission of distortion products(DPOAE)were assayed to 20 guinea pigs, then variant hair cells were observed and counted.
