目的评估左听诊三角切口（ATT）与后外侧切口（PLT）下动脉导管未闭（PDA）缝扎术的疗效。
Objective To compare the curative effect of PDA surgical ligation between left Ausculatry triangle thoracotomy(ATT) and Posterolateral incision(PLT).
结果12例急诊行肝癌切除术，1例行缝扎止血及肝动脉插管术。
Results Resection of liver cancer in 12 cases. Suture and ligation, liver arterial catheter chemotherapy in 1 case.
