从事金属腐蚀与防护、材料电化学、腐蚀电化学和电化学技术等的研究及开发应用。主要研究内容有:金属表面电化学改性处理技术的开发应用;钢筋混凝土腐蚀机理及其测试技术的研究;电化学传感器的研制及应用;新型多功能钢筋缓蚀剂的研究和应用;纳米TiO2复合膜制备及其光生阴极保护技术的研究;金属表面羟基磷灰石生物材料的制备及性能研究。
