Junbin Zhang, professor of marine Biology

本人从事海洋鱼类的研究工作，研究方向为海水鱼类繁育生物学和分子生态学,先后在美国和加拿大学习和工作。开展了海水鱼类紫红笛鲷、红鳍笛鲷和平鲷的繁殖生物学基础研究和人工繁殖；在国内率先实现了金钱鱼规模化人工繁育的突破，为海水养殖增添了新的资源。另外，立足于我国海水经济鱼类资源保护的研究，我们开展海洋鱼类分子生态学的研究，将分子生物学手段和海洋生态学相结合，揭示海洋鱼类生活史，研究海洋生物与环境的适应机制和生物的进化机理。

目前本人的研究兴趣主要集中在以下三个方面：1. 金钱鱼的生殖调控与人工繁育技术；

2.以模式生物斑马鱼开展鱼类繁殖生物学基础研究；3.通过分子生物学和海洋生态学相结合，研究海洋鱼类在海洋生态系统的作用和机理。

Currently，my researches mainly focuses on three fields：1. reproduction manipulation and artificial breeding in the marine fish Acanthopagrus schlegel；2. studies on the reproductive biology using the zebrafish as a model；3. molecular ecology studies of marine fishes, such as DNA barcoding and population genetics etc.

近几年来, 主持国家科技部“十二五”“科技支撑计划”项目，国家自然基金,中科院项目,上海市教委“曙光计划” 项目，上海市教委 “东方学者”项目等，先后参与国家“973”, 国家自然基金重点项目, 国家自然基金&广东省自然基金重大项目。申请发明专利3项；发表论文30多篇（其中SCI文章20多篇）。近几年的研究论文迄今已被国内外学者已引用180多次。多次被邀请在国际会议上作大会发言。

1． 国家科技部 “十二五”“科技支撑计划”——“养殖新对象健康苗种扩繁关键技术研究” 课题总负责人

2． 国家自然科学基金“生物条形码技术应用于近海鱼卵、仔鱼种类鉴定及相关研究”；

3． 上海市“曙光计划”“豹纹鳃棘鲈群体遗传学的研究”。

1994年7-1997年7月华中农业大学研究生院学习，获水生生物学理学硕士学位；

2000年9月-2003年12月 中科院南海海洋研究所博士生；期间，

2001年11月-2002年5月，在美国密歇根大学(University of Michigan)生物系从事分子生物学研究；

2004年3月-2006年7月 中科院海洋研究所（青岛）博士后；

2006年9月-2008年9月加拿大基辅大学(University of Guelph) 博士后；
