1. 1984 年毕业于西安医学院药学系，获理学学士学位。

2. 1984 年分配到中国医学科学院药用植物研究所。

3. 1998 年起在香港中文大学药学院学习，攻读博士学位。

4. 2002 年获理学博士学位。

5. 2002-2004 年在香港中文大学理学院生物系进行博士后研究。

6. 2004 年起在中国医学科学院药用植物研究所工作 任药物代谢研究室副主任。

中药化学、中药质量标准、中药药物代谢动力学

先后承担和参与了国家中医药管理局“七五”、“八五”科技攻关课题、国家新药基金和国家自然科学基金课题。对多种中草药, 包括葛根、山楂、罗汉果、乌头、沙棘、绞股蓝及茶等, 进行了化学成分和质量标准的研究; 并对葛根黄酮，山楂黄酮和茶多酚等天然药物进行了药物吸收和代谢动力学的研究。在国内外刊物上发表论文近40篇。并承担国家部委级重大科技项目10多项，如科技部973计划"中药抗妇科肿瘤机制与免疫关系的研究"；"973"前期项目"中药复方现代化研究方法学初探-人参皂苷吸收与代谢后单体组合物(PAMC)在学习记忆损伤模型上的作用；科技部国际合作项目"同轴电纺丝法纳米中药载药系统的研究"和"益智中药药效评价标准和方法"；澳门科学技术发展基金项目"中药脂溶性活性成分制剂关键技术的研究"、"喷雾冷冻干燥技术对齐墩果酸等难溶中药单体的溶解速度及生物利用度的改善研究"。 目前承担的课题主要有：国家"重大新药创制"科技重大专项中的综合性大平台"中药药物代谢技术平台"；和候选药物 "降糖桑葛复方的研制"；以及与欧盟的国际合作项目"植物食品补充剂的摄入水平、风险和效益评估"。共发表论文60余篇，其中SCI收录30余篇；获得专利6项，新药证书2个。
