以和 Royal Academy of Music 区别
RCM Royal College of Music
RAM Royal Academy of Music
RAM,Royal Academy of Music,

Thank you for your email.
It is very hard to define “standard” in words.
But if they mean an undergraduate degree and you are applying for Graduate study, then we would expect a recital programme of between 40 and 60 minutes, from which the panel would choose (though you could nominate one work you especially wanted to play in the audition.) You can find this information in the Prospectus – or on the website under Piano.
Obviously a good public concert level of playing is expected – repertoire is “own choice”. WTypical programme might be, for example a Bach work + Beethoven Sonata + Chopin Ballade and a group of Ravel pieces. Or Prokofiev 7th Sonata + Schumann Op.12 + contemporary work.
I do not know if this gives you any better idea. I Hope so.
We do not ask to hear scales as such. (Almost certainly your repertoire will demonstrate that ability at some point!)
Best wishes,
Christopher

Application to a music conservatoire is rather different from normal University applications.
We are really much more interested in the actual performance level than in the level of academic credentials. But there are basic high school qualifications that are required.
Again if you look at the website you will find a page about Entry Qualifications.
In UK this is, basically, two ‘A’ Levels (Advanced Level passes). You may be able to verify the acceptability of your qualifications by going to the website: You could also write to Registry: try Edward Kemp-Luck luck@ram.
We require passes at the level demanded, and not specific scores or grades.
But the really critical thing is how you perform at your audition.
Good wishes,
Christopher
