两例均行鼻侧切开鼻腔肿瘤切除术，例1术后5月出现颈淋巴结转移，术后11月死于全身骨及肝转移。
Case one was found cervical lymph node metastasises 5 months after surgery, and died of the bone metastasis and liver metastasis 11 months after surgery.
结论：局部麻醉加基础麻醉下行鼻内镜下经鼻腔蝶窦垂体肿瘤切除术简单、安全，且效果好。
Conclusion: Local anesthesia and sedation is a simple, safe and good selection for resection of pituitary neoplasms by endoscopic transnasal sphenoidal approach.
