鼻腔恶性肿瘤多继发于上颌窦和筛窦。病理以鳞状细胞癌最多，腺癌次之，另有少见的基底细胞癌、淋巴上皮癌、嗅神经上皮癌、恶性黑色素瘤及肉瘤等，预后不佳。原发者多见于鼻腔外侧壁、鼻底及鼻中隔，继发于鼻窦者，其原发部位临床常难确认。现将常见的鳞状细胞癌予以概括介绍。
结论：游离口腔黏膜瓣移植修复鼻腔恶性肿瘤术后较大创面能有效地促进创面愈合，改善术后干鼻症状。
