英文名称：rhinovirus infection 由鼻病毒引起的急性上呼吸道感染。鼻病毒是普通感冒最常见的病原。多在家庭内传播。潜伏期1～5日。临床表现和普通感冒相同。主要并发症为继发性细菌感染，如鼻窦炎、中耳炎和支气管炎等。诊断主要依据典型临床表现，有条件可分离病毒或测定血清的中和抗体。治疗同普通感冒，有低热头痛者可用解热镇痛药；鼻堵者可用1%麻黄素滴鼻；也可用中医中药治疗；继发细菌感染者可用抗菌药治疗。预防同普通感冒。使用多价鼻病毒疫苗能有效地预防本病。
