沉积岩的一种结构，由球形或椭球形颗粒组成，颗粒外形、大小像鱼卵。由鲕体与成分相同的胶结物组成，一般粒径小于2毫米。形成于温暖或湿润的气候，平缓的地形，动荡的浅海环境。常见于化学沉积岩例如石灰岩、铁质岩、铝质岩中。 鲕粒中心是生物碎屑、矿物碎屑，同心圆状构造，少数具有放射状构造，个别有复鲕，即两到三个单鲕包含在一个共同的同心层状外壳之中。
矽质岩包括燧石和沈积石英岩，呈薄层状产出，沈积石英岩具鲕状、砾状结构。
