高长有，男，1966生于吉林辉南。1986－1996年，在吉林大学化学系学习，获得高分子化学与物理博士学位。1996－1998在浙江大学高分子系做博士后。 2001起任职教授；2002年起为博士生导师。1999年至今，作为高访学者每年在德国马普胶体与界面研究所进行合作研究2－3个月。浙江大学高分子系教授。
