高钒高速钢不仅有很高的硬度和相当的韧性,而且有优良的耐磨性,因此作为新一代耐磨材料,高钒高速钢备受关注。研究表明,高钒高速钢的耐磨性是高铬铸铁的3倍以上,是高锰钢的10倍以上,已被用于轧辊、锤头、球磨机衬板和转子体等多种耐磨件。俄罗斯在高速钢和一些结构钢的生产中也开展了用钒代替钨、钼和铌的应用研究。当前中国正处于高钒高速钢材料的研制、开发和生产应用的起步阶段,为此本文对其研究现状进行了综述并对发展前景进行了展望。
