骨裂（bony crack）在医学上称为裂纹骨折（fissure fracture），属骨折类型中的一种。在临床上，无明显移位的裂纹骨折最常见，它一般由直接的打击伤、轻微的撞击跌倒等导致。通过石膏或小夹板简单的固定和治疗，伤处可快速愈合，愈合后通常没有后遗症。
