骨膜反应（periosteal reaction），因骨膜受刺激后骨膜内层成骨细胞活动增加所引起的骨膜增生，形成骨膜新生骨，称为骨膜反应。凡有骨膜反应，则说明骨内或体内必有病变。治疗宜查找引起骨膜反应的原发疾病，针对病因给予治疗。
一般无骨膜反应，但可有软组织肿块。
