马亨（1206年—1277年），字大用，邢州南和（今邢台南和县马庄）人。他24岁步入仕途，居官47载，官至户部尚书、佥省。一生为官清正，善察民情，勇于进谏，刚正不阿，重治理，倡廉洁，为元代名宦，是元初邢州学派代表人物之一。
