颊癌（carcinoma of the buccal mucosa）也是常见的口腔癌之一，在口腔癌中居第二或第三位。多为分化中等的鳞状细胞癌，少数为腺癌及恶性多形性腺瘤。颊癌的区域，按UICC的规定应在上下颊沟之间，翼下颌韧带之前，并包括唇内侧黏膜。
前言：目的：探讨带血管蒂上斜方肌皮瓣即刻整复颊癌术后颊部缺损的手术配合方法。
