方法：（1）重建上颌骨底壁：采用带蒂鼻中隔向下翻折与颊瓣相吻合；
Method: (1)Reconstruction of the basis wall of the maxilla:anastomosed the nasal septum turned downwards with pedunculus with the cheek flap;
颊部皮肤“以Z”瓣交叉，避免瘢痕直线收缩和组织菲薄的凹陷性畸形。
The skin of cheek was crossed by Z flap to prevent the scar from shrinking straightly and the thin tissues from depressed deforming.
