颈筋膜，英文cervical fascia，浅层围绕整个颈部，包绕斜方肌和胸锁乳突肌，形成两肌的鞘；向后附着于项韧带及第7颈椎棘突，向前在正中线两侧彼此延续；向上附于颈上界的骨面；向下附于颈、胸交界处的骨面。颈筋膜浅层在下颌下三角和腮腺区分为两层，分别包绕下颌下腺和腮腺，形成两腺的筋膜鞘。此二鞘为茎突不颔动带所分隔。
