颅内转移瘤（intracranial metastatic tumor）是颅内肿瘤的一种，多指原发于身体其他部位的肿瘤细胞通过某种途径转移到颅内，并在颅内形成新的病灶。颅内转移瘤的发病年龄高峰为40～60岁，男性多于女性。颅内转移瘤的原发器官，男性以肺癌最多见；女性以乳腺癌最多见，其中肺癌脑转移占30%～40%。颅内转移瘤以多发性最为常见，血行转移为最常见的转移途径。
