The discharge behavior of middle-low alloy steel sample was analyzed by radio frequency glow discharge optical emission spectrometry(RF-GDOES). The effect of working parameters such as analytical power,argon pressure,preburn time and integration time on spectral intensity and stability was investigated.
通过对射频辉光放电发射光谱法分析中低合金钢样品放电行为的研究,考察了各种工作参数如分析功率、氩气压力、预燃时间和积分时间等对光谱强度与稳定性的影响。
