雷达卫星（Radar satellite）是载有合成孔径雷达（SAR）的对地观测遥感卫星的统称。尽管迄今为止，已在一些发射的卫星上携有SAR，如Seasat SAR, Almaz SAR, JERS-1 SAR, ERS-1/2 SAR, 与它们搭载在同一遥感平台上还装载着其他传感器。而1995年11月发射的加拿大雷达卫星（Radarsat）则是一个兼顾商用及科学试验用途的雷达系统，其主要探测目标为海冰， 同时还考虑到陆地成像，以便应用于农业、地质等领域。
