陡河 位于滦河及潮白、蓟运河两大水系之间，长年河，自北向南流向，独流入海。古名封大水，市区段又古称唐溪、大河，因地势造成河道落差较大，形势陡峭，故名陡河。
主要河流有陡河、沙河、黑沿子排干、西排干、津唐运河、煤河等。
