陈炽(?-1900) 清末维新派。原名家瑶，字次亮，晚号瑶林馆主。江西瑞金人。光绪举人。历任户部郎中、刑部章京、军机处章京，曾遍游沿海各商埠，并考察香港、澳门，“留心天下利病”，深研经济学，主张学习西方以求自强。
