陆架坡折（Shelf break），是洋盆地内的一种自然地理区，指该区海底坡度（角）从大陆架（陆架坡折的向陆一侧，坡度小于1：1000）到大陆坡（陆架坡折向海的一侧，坡度大于1：40）有明显变化。
