阿拉伯马格里布联盟（Union of the Arab Maghreb；Union du Maghreb Arabe -- UMA）成立于1989年2月17日，由摩洛哥、突尼斯、阿尔及利亚、利比亚和毛里塔尼亚等地处北非马格里布地区的国家组成，简称马盟。常设秘书处设在摩洛哥的拉巴特。 注：马格里布是一个专有的地理名称，阿拉伯语意为“西方”，是历史上对北非地区阿尔及利亚、摩洛哥和突尼斯的统称。大马格里布除上述三国外还包括毛里塔尼亚和利比亚两国。该地区同属阿拉伯民族，人口近6000万。
