先说说高位防守: 曲膝,大腿与地夹角尽量保持在0度到30度之间(也就是重心压低),两脚比肩略宽,上身向前稍探,两臂张开,手掌面向对方,一只臂稍高,用来干扰对方传球,另一只臂稍低,用来干扰对方控球,具体用那只手臂根据你的习惯和对方具体进攻情况而定。在对方移动时随移动方向滑步。滑步的脚步是向哪个方向就先迈哪只脚,另一只脚跟随(常见一些初学者搞错)。除非是贴身防守,一般防守时站的位置是对方朝向篮筐的方向,并向你认为对方有可能传球的方向稍斜。练防守最重要的是练脚步(主要是滑步)。
