门体分流术是针对门静脉高压症的并发症进行治疗的手术术式。主要是通过建立肝门静脉的侧支循环降低门区静脉的压力，用于治疗由于门静脉高压引起的脾脏功能亢进、食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血、难治性腹水等并发症。可分为介入治疗和外科治疗，介入治疗称作又经颈静脉肝内门体分流术(transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt,TIPS)。可能导致肝功能衰竭及肝性脑病，故一般不作为首选治疗方案。
