长蝽，lygaeid bug，半翅目(Hemiptera) 异翅亚目（Heteroptera）长蝽科(Lygaeidae)昆虫，3,000多种，包括许多重要的作物害虫。体长3∼15公釐(0.1∼0.6吋)，一般不超过10公釐。褐色，可有鲜明的红、白或黑色斑点、条纹。旧大陆及埃及的棉籽长蝽(Oxycarenus hyalinipennis)和澳大利亚的果树小长蝽(Nysius vinitor)均危害果树。蝉大眼长蝽(Geocoris punctipes)食蟎、白蚁和其他植食性小昆虫。
