锚喷，anchoring and shotcreting，采用锚杆和喷射混凝土支护围岩的工程措施（见地下工程支护）。锚杆和喷混凝土均可单独使用，但结合使用可获得更好的支护效果。锚杆多采用金属材料如钢筋、高强度钢丝束等,也有用塑料锚杆的,但不多见。普通锚杆不施加预应力，也有采用预应力锚杆的。锚杆的作用是增强节理面和岩层间的摩擦力，增强岩块或岩层的稳定性。喷射混凝土的作用是加固围岩，防止岩块抬动、剥离或坠落。二者结合发挥围岩的自承能力。
