银鱼（英文：salangid）是淡水鱼，见于东亚咸水和淡水中，在中国被誉为美味。体细长，似鲑，无鳞或具细鳞，银鱼可分为小银鱼和大银鱼，其中大银鱼可长到长约七至十厘米，很少长于15公分(6英寸)。口大，牙大而尖利，掠食鱼。银鱼因体长略圆，细嫩透明，色泽如银而得名。其产于长江口，俗称面丈鱼、炮仗鱼、帅鱼、面条鱼、冰鱼、玻璃鱼等。以太湖银鱼为代表。早在明代时松江鲈鱼、黄河鲤鱼、长江鲥鱼，并称中国四大名鱼。
